Janet Sandifer and her team are amazing! We’ve used That Realty Group to both buy and sell our houses and, after having horrible experiences with previous realtors, we will never go with anyone else in the Upstate. Years ago, when selling an atypical house with an inadequate realtor, we hired Janet to help us buy the next house and meanwhile she advised us through selling the difficult house. Without her advice, we would’ve never sold that house. And buying the next house was a breeze because of her. Then, when we recently had to quickly sell our house to move out of state, Janet was there for us again. She is honest, accessible at all times, has a solutions for every issue, and she really knows real estate and the right people to get the jobs done (ie: inspectors, contractors, lawyers, etc.). Janet is an invaluable asset to have on your side! My only complaint is that she won’t move out of state with us!
