Shannon was able to find and negotiate getting us into our first home within that thirty-day window, and we spent many happy years in that home. When it came time to expand, we were able to sell our first home at a much higher price than we had anticipated. Not only that, but Shannon was able to find us a new home in our dream neighborhood where we have been since. She is forthright and honest about the situations we faced, yet encouraging and sympathetic at the same time. Shannon is easily accessible and is always prompt in returning calls/texts/emails.
