Shannon was able to find and negotiate getting us into our first home within that thirty-day window, and we spent many happy years in that home. When it came time to expand, we were able to sell our first home at a much higher price than we had anticipated. Not only that, but Shannon was able to find us a new home in our dream neighborhood where we have been since.
