Having Amber Davis as our agent was a blessing. We were living in Florida and looking to buy a home in Georgia but couldn't come to look at any so my sister, who lives in Georgia, got with Amber periodically and saw different homes. She was always available to meet with my sister anytime and always kept me up to date on the different homes that were available and if I saw some homes for sale I would text her and ask her and she would right away go check them out. Many times she would tell me what kind of condition the homes were in and whether or not to pursue them. When she found the house that we ended up buying she was very excited because the house had been totally redone it was basically a brand new house and my sister went and looked at it and I could only go by pictures and a couple of phone videos. Amber is always there for her clients. She knew what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend and she kept that in mind. I bought this house without ever seeing it. I went by what she and my sister said and saw and it had been a wonderful experience. My husband is ill so I needed a house that needed little work and I ended up with almost a new house.
