This is now the second investment property I have purchased with Muling and I cannot be more satisfied. For this one, I introduced Muling to my sister so we can purchase a property together. She goes above and beyond to get the job done. First, Muling listens and gets to know and thoroughly understand the property you are looking for. Then she hones in on your requirements and matches you with great property options. She walks you through different options and and screens them well for you. She holds your hand through the entire process and will right there with you from the beginning to the close. For this second property, we were mostly out-of-state and not available to go view many of them. Muling took the time to go and did live video tours with us on the houses we were interested in. We quickly found a house and went to contract due to her hard efforts and diligence. Muling goes above and BEYOND!!!! She is attentive, hard working, diligent. She listens to you and will WORK to make sure you get the house you want! I highly recommend working with her!
