This sale was bitter sweet. My husband passed away and the entire process was emotional. Shaneatha made the process easy and even took the time to listen to me on days my emotions took over. She was patient and communicated constantly. I am pretty sure I asked dumb questions but she always took her time to call me and explain the process to ensure I understood.
