Nathan Fitts & his team recently marketed and sold my second home in Morganton. I had been coming to the area for many years and always heard about Nathan and how successful he was from friends and neighbors that had used him and how much they enjoyed working with him. Even though I didn't purchase through his firm when I bought, I'm so glad I chose him to help me sell. The experience with him and his entire team was an entirely different level of experience and professionalism than I experienced with the previous agent. I felt completely comfortable and confident from the beginning and with the decisions they recommended from the pricing of the cabin to what we should and should not offer to repair. There were a couple of challenges, but they jumped in and handled and knew exactly how and what to do and they did it like true pros. I will have to say the experience is priceless especially for sellers such as myself who lives out of town and need somebody who can not only sell a property but get it to closing in challenging times. From start to finish, I can't say enough good things and highly recommend these guys.

He knows the business and the market inside out and can make deals happen. He's honest and trustworthy and goes the extra mile which I've not found from other agents. Let's start this review by saying that Cody & Kerri Conner are by far the best realtors out there!!! I have never seen such hard work and dedication from anyone I've ever worked with both personally and professionally. My wife and I were working with a different realtor that did not understand our needs. We reached out to Kerri, and she was so responsive. I met with Cody the following day and we landed on the cabin of our dreams!!! The lender we were working with could not obtain the loan for us and we were devastated. When we told Cody & Kerri they told us not to worry and sent us to a miracle worker, Jerry Blevins. They had the chance to find another buyer for the property however they did not give up on us. They worked tirelessly to get us into the cabin of our dream and they did!!!!! We are forever grateful for them for doing so. We can whole heartedly say that we could not have done this without them. They truly care about people and are amazing at what they do. I will only recommend them from here on out!!!! If you are debating on contacting them, DONT!!!
