Spencer was so great to work with. My previous agent had passed and I was unsure how selling would be without her. We sold in 11 days and for more than we initially thought. Spencer was professional, but warm and genuine, which was important to me. He also had a list of professional resources available to help us finish last minute tasks before listing. He remained positive through a tough radon issue. He was absolutely my support when I was afraid things would fall apart. He is also reprenting me in my new purchase. He has worked well with agents in both the sale of my home and the purchase of my new home. By the way, his wife is also a great resourse on the lending side. I would recommend them both as straight forward, honest professionals. Thank you Spencer. We did it!!!!
