To say that John was a step ahead of me during the whole process of selling my home would be an understatement. It was a challenge to use comps from my area due to the uniqueness of my home but John found that 'sweet spot' that produced 19 visits to my house within the first 24 hours! And as a result, I had 3 solid offers which he helped me sort through. The closing on my home of 30 years was exactly one month from the initial offer. I could not have been more pleased with his professionalism, knowledge of the current market trends and the follow through that produced a happy home seller and a happy buyer.

I was selling my brother’s home as he had recently passed away. Patty was very caring and made the sale a smooth transaction. She kept me informed of every last detail.
