I met Brittany more than 25 years ago when she became an EMT (and she went on to become an Paramedic) before she got into Real Estate and became a Realtor. She is a very caring and helpful person, and goes above and beyond to help people. I called Brittany when I inherited my brothers house to get her idea's on just selling it or remodeling it then sell it. I decided to remodel the home and Brittany stayed in contact the whole time. She was not pushing me, but was just being a friend. Brittany did an excellent job marketing the house and we got a contract in about 2 weeks. I loved using the "Showing Time" app and website. It really helped to know when and who was going to be looking at the house, when they entered and left my home, and we had quick feedback on the showing. The Brittany Loan Team are very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. There have been a few hiccups with the buyer, and their time lines but Brittany and her staff (especially Sallie) have been on top of everything and have keep me updated-which has been so calming and reassuring. Brittany has really had to go above the norm with this one, but she has not skipped a beat. We should be closing soon. While I was remolding the house I was looking for a house or condo for my Grandson near where he would be going to college and Donna Justice was such a great help. I love the way she really listens to what you are looking for and gets to know you like you have been friends for a long time. We looked in several area's in the Atlanta area and Denise was very knowledge about all of the different areas. She also had feed back about the different schools. She was very professional. We had great communication in person, over the phone and through email when needed. We are from another state and she spent 3 days with us looking for a home. We LOVE the home Denise helped us find. If we ever move again, Denise is who we will call to find another home.
