1,399 real estate agents in Marietta

From start to finish, Avion Abreu was exceptional throughout our entire home purchasing process. We interviewed dozens of other agents, but they all struggled to understand and identify viable homes that met our criteria. In short, we were looking to “House Hack,” but my wife and I had been struggling up to this point to identify any homes that would meet our needs. After a single consultation with Avion, she identified a viable duplex that would cover the cost of the mortgage, insurance and taxes resulting in us living for free near Marietta Square! At first, we were hesitant moving forward, but with her own experience with rentals, she meticulously broke down numbers to ensure that we hadn’t missed anything as well as provided us a detailed accounting of the construction costs to rehab the property. THIS IS ONE OF THE CORE PEOPLE YOU WANT ON YOUR TEAM WORKING FOR YOU!!! There were numerous times where the deal could have fallen apart, however, Avion went above and beyond to ensure a smooth closing. My wife and I have some work ahead of us, but there’s no way we could have ever reached this point without Avion. Thanks to her, we are that much closer to becoming financially independent, and without a doubt, we will be teaming up with her for all our future real estate needs.
