Back in July of 2021 I noticed Rhonda was selling a home in our neighbor and I reached out to her for some info on listing our house. We were no where ready to list yet, it was just a thought in our mind. Rhonda immediately sent us info on our home and a round about estimate on what we could list for at the time. She was always kind and not pressuring us and told us when we are ready she will be ready to help. Fast forward to February of 2022 when we got serious about selling our house, I knew the person to call. Rhonda knew we wanted to find something 1st before we listed our house. We quickly saw that a new build was going to be our best option in the market we are in. We looked at several homes. Rhonda was never pushy or pressuring. She wanted us to find what we wanted. We finally found a home that would fit us best so we were ready to put our home on the market. We listed our house in April of 2022 and were able to list it higher than what we would have in February. The sale was so easy start to finish. Rhonda was always there to ease my anxiety and answer any and all of my crazy questions. We would 100% recommend Rhonda to our family and our friends. We are still working with Rhonda as our new home is not ready and I know she will be there to help every step of the way.
