I was concerned when I moved to the Locust Grove area, because it was a sudden work transfer and I was on a very short time table to find and close on a house (3 months) in an area I knew nothing about. Melissa's knowledge of the area and understanding of my situation made me feel comfortable that she would help find a great place to live in such a short amount of time. I had a great experience with Melissa, even when she was on vacation I was either able to get a hold of her or at minimum who to contact to get an answer. Melissa would respond any time day or night which was especially nice since I wouldn't be available until after 7:00pm most days. Melissa very very helpful in negotiating the price. I gave her a $ amount and she hit it without needing to check with me multiple times, which was a huge relief, since I was trying to juggle a new job and selling of my old home - and everything that comes with that. Melissa also helped in getting the deposit reduced and in on time to secure the contract. Thank you so much for your help Melissa! Although she isn't living here yet, Allison loves the house!
