My personal experience with AIMEE was very very good my father at the time of the sale of my house was very sick to the point that we thought we was going to bury him I explain the situation to her and she put every worry I had put it on her shoulders she let me know to concentrate on my family only don’t worry about nothing else. she could send all the paperwork overnight so I can sign them and do all the process she has made me feel at ease especially in a time like that she was very very helpful I really appreciate that she didn’t have to do a lot of things that she did but she did it so I really appreciate it.

Buying a home is a lengthy process and you have to not only like, but love your realtor to survive it and that is exactly how we felt about Denise. During our two month journey we celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, and a few interesting adventures, but every step of the way Denise was present, prompt, and we were her top priority, not the sell. In the time that we spent we not only became good friends, but we now consider her family (Auntie vibes). Her attention to detail/ flare for fashion and life is what makes her so amazing at what she does. She not only hears what you say when you to describe your dream home, she listens and that's what sets her apart from everyone else. We will definitely use her again when we begin purchasing investment properties! I highly recommend working with her. I don’t have the space here to really express my gratitude to Pheloundashea. From day one her professionalism was over the top. She asked what was desired as far as the proceeds from the sale of the home. And also the time frame in which to be at the closing table. She fulfilled everything that was asked of her. The property was put on the market, had scheduled showings, and sold all within a month’s time. And not to mention there were other properties in the same subdivision that has been on the market for months and hasn’t sold yet. So my hats off to Pheloundashea for a job well done. I definitely would recommend her services to anyone I come in contact with that’s looking to sell or purchase a home. I promise you will not be disappointed.

The final breakdown of costs that was presented to me the day before closing seemed to add up correctly. But when I showed it to Julie she quickly picked up on the error On the day of signing she accompanied me to the final walkthrough n made sure that all was well with the unit I was purchasing. Honestly I was just concerned with getting the whole deal over with but Julie being the tenacious fighter that she is, called the selling company, went to the site office and calmly but firmly ensured that the seller honored their promise fully. I didn't think it could happen because it was about an hour before signing but she assured me that she has done this numerous times and in the end she secured the final $1400 that was left on the table and made the sellers put it towards the HOA. So no HOA for me for half a year...how great is that! If you're looking for trust worthiness, punctuality, INDEPTH KNOWLEDGE of the industry, and a person who will FIGHT TO ENSURE you are not taken advantage of by the seller.
