Choosing a realtor to navigate the purchase or sale of a home results in either a successful result or a stressful one. Without a doubt, our realtor, Jackie Pala, suppressed our expiation in the sale of my mothers home of 70 years. And by properly researching the target sales price, We were delighted with the outcome so we referred her to a dear friend in the sale of her home. She was able to negotiate a top-of-the-market sales price, getting over $40,000 more than asking price. In addition to top traditional home sales, Jackie has developed a niche market to a assist "senior" placement in senior living homes while also selling and assisting with the sale and move out of their current home. Jackie arranged the placement of my friend recently. Jackie always kept us informed of the process and any obstacles. She also attending closing to insure all went well. She is an awesome realtor and great to work with!!! I highly recommend Jackie Pala for all of your Real Estate needs. Sincerely with Best Regards Linda Strickland

Authurine did an amazing job! She is such a visionary! I did not see the potential in the home that we were selling but she did. She helped us to figure out improvements, to execute them, and to sell the home! She sold our house in less than one week!! She did an amazing job in staging it and getting it out there on the market quickly! She and Imani Anderson, her assistant, were extremely responsive, no matter when we reached out. I would definitely recommend Authurine Johnson if you are planning to buy or sell a home!
