I had a casual interest in a property for sale a couple of years ago, and Cassie was listed as the selling agent. So I initiated contact, and even though it was apparent to her that my inquiry was not serious then, she spent a lot of time getting to know my wife and me and maintained contact with us. Finally, when it was time to hire a Realtor to sell one of our properties, Cassie's patience and engaging personality resulted in us hiring her. And then Cassie shined! Many decisions have to be made to get a house ready for sale. Cassie's vast knowledge and understanding of house architecture and current interior design were amazingly helpful in preparing us to go to market. Cassie's knowledge of the local housing market enabled her to patiently guide us toward an excellent pricing strategy that allowed the home to get offers the first week. As you might expect, in a rapidly shifting market, there were some false starts that we had to navigate through. Cassie's infinite patience enabled us to work through that and find the perfect buyer for our property. Several unexpected and challenging events occurred that would have flustered an average agent, and Cassie's hustle, tenacity, and problem-solver mindset persevered. Her honesty and integrity were mirrored by the network of connections she has built over her career. She referred us to vendors who excelled at their crafts and helped us solve issues after the home inspection revealed unexpected and unpleasant problems. Cassie worked tirelessly to maintain a connection with the buyers and their agent and held together a complicated, lengthy, and sometimes tenuous deal. And in the end, the house is SOLD, with happy sellers and buyers at the closing. It's hard to overstate Cassie's great character and skills as a real estate agent. I cannot recommend her strongly enough, and I look forward to having her sell our current home and help us find our retirement home in the future.
