Overall, his specific knowledge of the town focused the buyers eye on the quality of the house and the romantic spirit of the historic neighborhood. No way to overvalue his kindness, hustle, and results. From valuing the property, thru marketing the property, to sitting by you at the close, Matthew did a fantastic job.
