Bold praise in the headline, but Matthew deserves all the praise I can muster. After our initial contact thru Veterans United, we decided to defer purchase for a year or two. Instead of dropping us, Matthew persisted in sending marketing analytics which, once we found a prospective home elsewhere, convinced us to have him list the house.
