My husband and I are very grateful to have had Sharon guide is through our new-home-buying process. We were seniors, hoping to navigate the real estate market in the Triangle area. For us, it was an immense undertaking and we had little experience. But Sharon came alongside us and assured a successful outcome. She encouraged us when we needed a little push, and she let us rest when we needed that, too. She patiently guided us through online "paperwork." And she did it all with professionalism, skill and a smile. At times she had to be reaching for patience with us, but it never showed. For all that and more, we recommend her highly.

Cayce did an excellent job finding me a house in my price range with the features I requested. She was really helpful with dealing with all the various inspectors that needed access to the property. Cayce is easygoing and easy to work with, and I enjoyed the time I spent with her.
