We recently purchased a home with Tammi as our agent. We were out of state so we weren’t able to come tour homes for awhile, but thankfully Tammi made it easy to review available homes . She was constantly sending me good possibilities. When we were finally able to travel to Ga we found her to be cheerful, helpful and very accommodating . Due to her diligence we were able to find just the right home in a couple days when we arrived in Ga. We would highly recommend her as she always has the best interest of her clients in mind.

Working with Keith Nitsch was hands down the best decision we made during our home buying journey. We looked at what felt like 50 houses, and not once did Keith lose patience or try to rush us. We both work full time, and he consistently went above and beyond—spending late nights and giving up his weekends just to make sure we could see every home we were interested in. We even revisited multiple homes several times, and through a couple deals falling through (through no fault of ours), Keith stayed positive, motivated, and committed to helping us find the right one. When we finally found our dream home, everything moved faster than expected and the closing process was smooth from start to finish. Mrs. Terri was great to work with. She had our backs on every step of the process and our best interest in the process. She always responded in a reasonable amount of time and went above and beyond to get a great price for our home. If we ever have to look into the housing market again we will be sure to use her.
