I know now for sure I choose the best Realtor to represent my home when I was ready to sell. Cheryl Smith was my agent and she absolutely made the listing and the selling process seamless. The communication was amazing and Cheryl’s knowledge of the market was right on! My home sold quickly, even though it wasn’t a high priced home I feel Cheryl gave it just as much attention as she would have given to a more prestigious listing. She put a lot of her own time and energy into getting it sold. She also had fresh and great selling tips. From listing to sold it was a very pleasant experience. Brenda goes well above what is expected of the typical Realtor. She studies the market to make sure the listing price was on market. She keeps you informed throughout the process of offers/counters, etc. She staged my house when we were ready to sell which helped make it look homey. I have bought/sold many properties and I rate Brenda as the best Realtor I have ever worked with.
