Mrs. Terri was great to work with. She had our backs on every step of the process and our best interest in the process. She always responded in a reasonable amount of time and went above and beyond to get a great price for our home. If we ever have to look into the housing market again we will be sure to use her.

Very helpful throughout the whole process

Will gives great guidance but is always willing to go a different route if you have different ideas. He is very responsive. He provided great marketing materials which really helped to sell the home. Helped us close one day and negotiated the next day to get an offer accepted on our next home adventure that many offers were received but we were the one they accepted. He works with us even though we are further away than his normal clients. The home we are now buying is our 10th transaction with Will. My husband and I are passionate about fixing houses and Will is a intregal part of our process.

Jeri Patrick and Kaivin Patrick are an awesome team! They’re easy to work with and truly care about what their clients want. Both went out of their way to make sure everything flowed seamlessly and we closed on time. Their attention to detail and communication were outstanding. If you’re looking to buy or sell, I highly recommend reaching out to them. You won’t be sorry you did! Great team—we’ll definitely use them again!
