Kylie was very patient and understanding of my concerns throughout the entire home purchase process. She is very knowledgeable of the construction of the homes and the community. She provided a new home notebook at closing with all warranties, keys and other valuable information. I am enjoying my new home along with my pups. I highly recommend her as your real estate agent.

We found Amanda when I posted on a Facebook page about needing an agent. We were long distance, so it’s a little harder when you don’t know anyone in the area. What a blessing to have found Amanda! She is excellent at what she does – she knows all the ways today to check out the property you’re interested in, and goes above and beyond to get you the information you need. She is patient and caring, and always willing to show you however many houses it takes until you find the perfect house. We trusted her so much that we put a bid on a house that we never saw in person! But she did a video walk-through, and she knew what we were looking for, so when we saw it in person fell in love with it. I cannot say enough good things about Amanda – she is just the best!
