Arden is very knowledgeable about the current market in Georgia. She sat down with my husband and I to explain all potential loans and areas that would be in our best interest. She was very flexible with working with our schedules and living an hour away from our listings that we requested. Not only did she get us under contract in a highest and best situation, she also matched us with a loan officer to where we could put 0% down. From Day 0 to the day we closed she was the calm in the storm. Buying a house and requesting a loan can be a very stressful journey. Arden was there to hold our hands when we needed and constantly reassure us that everything would be okay and that we would close. I cannot recommend her enough for anyone looking to buy or sell. She is there for you constantly and can negotiate offers like no other. It was a pleasure to work with Arden. She will be our agent for life!
