We have worked with Olya Hatch since 2021 when we relocated our family of five from Maryland to Georgia, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From day one, Olya was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. Her expertise in the Alpharetta/Cumming market is unmatched, and she quickly proved herself to be an exceptional negotiator with a remarkable instinct for strategy and reading people. She helped us secure an amazing home in Cumming/ S. Forsyth before the market exploded and connected us with an excellent lender through Ameris Bank when our original financing process hit delays. When it came time to sell our home five years later, Olya exceeded every expectation yet again. Her pricing strategy was spot on, and her guidance in getting our home staged and market-ready was invaluable. She didn’t hesitate to roll up her sleeves and personally help us stage the home before photos- her hands-on involvement was above and beyond. Our home hit the Spring market on a Thursday, had immediate private showings booked, and an unbelievable turnout of 52 families at Open House that weekend, and by Monday we had three solid offers over asking price! Olya made both our buying and selling experience seamless. She is strategic, communicative, deeply committed to her clients, and simply excellent at what she does. If you want a realtor who is professional, sharp, hardworking, and truly goes above and beyond, Olya Hatch is the one.

Tonya took on the task of helping us sell our parent’s home after their deaths. This was a very emotional experience for us to go through and because we lived and worked out of town, there were logistical difficulties for us to deal with as well. Tonya was there every step of the way. She was always available to listen to our concerns and answer our questions no matter how big or small they were. She never failed to offer the professional advice we needed, but more importantly, she provided it in a caring and supportive manner always taking our feelings into consideration. Everything she said we could expect was spot on even down to the timeline of when she thought it would go under contract. Once we went under contract, she kept us informed every step of the way and made the process very easy. I highly recommend Tonya to anyone searching for an honest, caring, and professional realtor. She is a wonderful person that you can put your full trust in to represent you as she would her own family.

Wil was always available to us to answer questions.
