Working with Jobeth was absolutely amazing. Her knowledge of the local market and dedication to finding us the perfect home and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend her. Selling our home was a breeze thanks to JoBeth. She took care of everything and our home was sold quickly.

We found Amanda when I posted on a Facebook page about needing an agent. We were long distance, so it’s a little harder when you don’t know anyone in the area. What a blessing to have found Amanda! She is excellent at what she does – she knows all the ways today to check out the property you’re interested in, and goes above and beyond to get you the information you need. She is patient and caring, and always willing to show you however many houses it takes until you find the perfect house. We trusted her so much that we put a bid on a house that we never saw in person! But she did a video walk-through, and she knew what we were looking for, so when we saw it in person fell in love with it. I cannot say enough good things about Amanda – she is just the best!

Jeri Patrick and Kaivin Patrick are an awesome team! They’re easy to work with and truly care about what their clients want. Both went out of their way to make sure everything flowed seamlessly and we closed on time. Their attention to detail and communication were outstanding. If you’re looking to buy or sell, I highly recommend reaching out to them. You won’t be sorry you did! Great team—we’ll definitely use them again!
