John has a great feel for the housing market in the area. His experience showed in the way he strategically handled our home sale. Though I was 2000 miles away, I never felt like I was out of the loop on any part of the selling process. We were kept well-informed and advised on all aspects of the process and it resulted in a great outcome for all parties involved. John was very savvy, knowing when to reach out to the potential buyer's agent, and when to hold back and let the situation develop. This intellect worked to my advantage and I appreciate John's keen sense in this regard. My only regret is that I did not hear about John sooner in my selling process.
