Wow, we had a seamless closing thanks to all the hard work of Christina Webster of Corcoran Austin Hill Realty. Christina comes highly recommended. She is very professional and efficient, however personable. My husband and I felt as though we had known her for years. She always made herself available, no matter the time of day and was always quick to respond when we had questions. Selling a house is somewhat stressful, however Christina remained positive and encouraging throughout the process. My husband and I are very pleased with the results in selling our house. Christina Webster is highly recommended if you are desiring a successful sell. Beverly and Tim Browning Guyton, Ga.

Marianne was everything we could have hoped for in a real estate agent. She spent time getting to know us and what we were looking for. She always listened to our concerns and did everything she could to address those concerns. She shared potential plans for renovations/outbuildings, called in experts on erosion, docks, septics, and general contracting. In almost all cases, she was several steps ahead of us on potential hurdles and had solutions lined up before we realized what we needed, before and after the sale! She was extremely responsive, and took the lead on much of the leg work needed to make the deal work. It’s important to note that at one point we walked away from the deal. We felt no pressure from her, rather she indicated she just wanted what would make us happy. She immediately pivoted to trying to find alternatives for us to consider. She had a lot of patience with us, but ultimately helped us to make the decision that was best for us. She truly walked by our side throughout the process. We have said she was “the secret sauce” to us owning the beautiful home we have today. She is the best agent we have had by far. We highly recommend!
