He was patient with my timeline, diligent when finding potential properties for me to visit/see, and always remained in contact with me. I felt very comfortable providing him my price range and features, and let him do the rest. His military experience was also helpful, as he understands the VA Loan as well as the Conventional Loan process, and he easily interfaced with my lender as well. We found Amanda when I posted on a Facebook page about needing an agent. We were long distance, so it’s a little harder when you don’t know anyone in the area. What a blessing to have found Amanda! She is excellent at what she does – she knows all the ways today to check out the property you’re interested in, and goes above and beyond to get you the information you need. She is patient and caring, and always willing to show you however many houses it takes until you find the perfect house. We trusted her so much that we put a bid on a house that we never saw in person! But she did a video walk-through, and she knew what we were looking for, so when we saw it in person fell in love with it. I cannot say enough good things about Amanda – she is just the best!
