I recently worked with this Agent to buy a home, and while there were some positives, there were also a few challenges that impacted my overall experience. Firstly, she is friendly and approachable, which made the initial stages of home hunting pleasant. They were always willing to show me various properties and were quite responsive to my calls and emails, which I appreciated. However, it became apparent that she is relatively new to the real estate industry. This lack of experience showed in a few critical areas. The lender recommended were not very professional or reliable. There were delays in communication. As far as the inspector recommended, I felt their inspections were not thorough enough, leading to some unexpected issues after moving in. While I believe she has potential and a good attitude, they would benefit from building more experience and networking with more professional service providers. For buyers looking for a seamless and smooth process, I would suggest considering these aspects before making a decision. Overall, she is dedicated and personable, but with some areas that need improvement. I hope to see them grow and refine their skills in the future.

Bonnie helped my family and I in our home search in 2019. She was fabulous, we couldn’t have had a better realtor. Shareen, was amazing and discussed the process in detail so I was not suprised when the little things popped up such as getting the home inspected and the amount of time it took to go through underwriting. She was always available when I called and also explained the homestead exemption and the process to apply for it. She took her time to make sure that I was comfortable with the decision and that I aware of my options. I would recommend Mrs. Hicks to anyone looking to purchase their home
