We have working with Eva three times so far. We are having great experiences, everything went through very smooth. She is nice, patient and knowledgeable. We are glad that she is our agent, and also wanna recommended for anyone who is look for their dream house.

We have used Michelle as a realtor several time and I have never been disappointed with her good communication. If I had questions she would answer them in a timely fashion. She knows her profession well and if she doesn’t have the answers she know where to fine them. When I was on the buying end she was patient with me even though I was pick and indecisive. She worked well with use both with selling and buying. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

When I wanted to put my Richmond Hill, GA home on the market, I called my mortgage broker friend at BankSouth Mortgage (I highly recommend them as well). I told them I wanted someone that is “HIGH OCTANE and knows how to Hustle and Grind!” She said ”I know who you need to call”; introducing me to Amy Barton. Amy and her daughter Bridget are non-stop from early in the morning throughout the day. Every text sent was responded to in minutes. Return phone calls were returned same day. Yes, my house sold but I was also buying another home and searching in the Midway, GA area. I knew I wanted Amy to help me find that home as well. In 3 weeks she found me the home I now LOVE, but what was awesome is she had the closing attorney line up the closing so I closed on my Richmond Hill home and closed on my Midway home 2 hours later. You simply will not find a better realtor in Effingham, Chatham, Bryan, Liberty and Long county. You want the Best of the Best? Call Amy Barton.
