Mrs. Espinoza was very easy to communicate with and explained thing about the housing market to me. It helped me understand a bit more about what to look for in a house. If there was fault with the house she would let me know, what to look out for. She also carry herself with professionalism and did a excellent job at negotiation thing with the seller to get me a more favorable out come.
