Scott was steadfast as he helped us negotiate the various offers for the home. He also was extremely helpful in finding companies to provide the services, inspections and letters that were required by the lending agencies. Also, Scott responded to many questions and concerns generated by the three co-executors and he answered our questions and concerns in a timely manner. Scott was recommended to me by a friend and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others that are in need of a real estate agent. He goes above and beyond what I feel are the expected services and he also handles what could be a very stressful experience with calm and grace.
