Kevin just helped us sell our house, and we highly recommend him. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided great feedback and insight that was so important to us as first time home sellers. He is a great communicator- which was also a big deal to us when working in a tight timeframe. Kevin was everything we could have hoped for in a realtor, and we are so grateful for the smooth house selling experience.

Tonya took on the task of helping us sell our parent’s home after their deaths. This was a very emotional experience for us to go through and because we lived and worked out of town, there were logistical difficulties for us to deal with as well. Tonya was there every step of the way. She was always available to listen to our concerns and answer our questions no matter how big or small they were. She never failed to offer the professional advice we needed, but more importantly, she provided it in a caring and supportive manner always taking our feelings into consideration. Everything she said we could expect was spot on even down to the timeline of when she thought it would go under contract. Once we went under contract, she kept us informed every step of the way and made the process very easy. I highly recommend Tonya to anyone searching for an honest, caring, and professional realtor. She is a wonderful person that you can put your full trust in to represent you as she would her own family.

Kay was excellent in the process of selling and buying a house. We have worked with her multiple times. She did an amazing job at facilitating the sale of our old house, and the purchase of our new one. She explained the whole process to us and kept us informed at all times, and she also did everything in her power to make everything go smoothly and quickly. She was always available if we had any questions. Kay is very professional and friendly, we will definitely continue working with her in the future and we really recommend her and her services.
