Kay was excellent in the process of selling and buying a house. We have worked with her multiple times. She did an amazing job at facilitating the sale of our old house, and the purchase of our new one. She explained the whole process to us and kept us informed at all times, and she also did everything in her power to make everything go smoothly and quickly. She was always available if we had any questions. Kay is very professional and friendly, we will definitely continue working with her in the future and we really recommend her and her services.

The results speak for themselves, and Patricia. has the knowledge, experience, and dedication needed to deliver those results. Throughout the entire process of selling our home, Patricia maintained clear and consistent communication with my husband and I. She valued our thoughts, suggestions, and goals, while also offering her professional guidance and recommendations. Every decision felt collaborative, fair, and mutually agreed upon. Patricia is a strong advocate for her clients and works hard to promote each home effectively. Her advertising efforts across multiple platforms played an important role in helping our home go under contract within 30 days, which truly speaks volumes about her commitment and ability. If we ever decide to move back to Middle Georgia, Patricia will be the first person we contact as our realtor. If we relocate to different location in Florida, we would also gladly reach out to her as our lender. As the spouse of a veteran, she is especially passionate about supporting former military families. Patricia is pleasant, motivated, communicative, and committed to doing what is right for the clients under her care. We are grateful for everything she did for us. Thank you again, Patricia.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with JW Thaxton, and he was truly exceptional! From start to finish, JW's attention to detail was impeccable. He kept us informed at every step, explaining everything thoroughly and even covering aspects we hadn't considered. His proactive approach ensured that nothing was overlooked. JW's responsiveness was top-notch. No matter the time or day, he was always available to answer our questions and address our concerns. He even went above and beyond by coming over to our house with his brother, a huge trailer, and chainsaws to help us stage the area around the house for photos. His dedication to presenting our home in the best possible light was remarkable. Two years ago, JW helped us buy our home, and when it was time to sell, he was our obvious choice. I wish we could have had him as our realtor in the state that we are moving to. JW definitely goes the extra mile for his customers. He provided invaluable advice for us on finding a new house in a different state, especially when we were in a rough situation with another realtor we did not know well and were under contract in a bad situation. He looked over contracts and legal documents for us and helped us to ask the appropriate questions and to obtain the appropriate information. His knowledge and down-to-earth personality made the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for a real estate agent, JW Thaxton is your guy. We highly recommend him for his expertise, dedication, and genuine care for his clients. Thank you, JW, for making our real estate experience outstanding!
