Tonya took on the task of helping us sell our parent’s home after their deaths. This was a very emotional experience for us to go through and because we lived and worked out of town, there were logistical difficulties for us to deal with as well. Tonya was there every step of the way. She was always available to listen to our concerns and answer our questions no matter how big or small they were. She never failed to offer the professional advice we needed, but more importantly, she provided it in a caring and supportive manner always taking our feelings into consideration. Everything she said we could expect was spot on even down to the timeline of when she thought it would go under contract. Once we went under contract, she kept us informed every step of the way and made the process very easy. I highly recommend Tonya to anyone searching for an honest, caring, and professional realtor. She is a wonderful person that you can put your full trust in to represent you as she would her own family.
