Jim followed up on every request we had. He showed us many properties and went thru the process again when our original choice fell thru. Jim stayed in touch with the original realtor and it worked out that we got the house we wanted. He also has great resources for future projects we may need. And he is a great guy!

This was the 3rd time Mrs Sandy has been our agent, and she far surpasses agents we've used in the past. There is so much that needs to happen during the home buying/selling process, and she is constantly staying on top of all parties to push them to get their part done. She even expedited some extra inspections that resulted in being able to negotiate the price down; even though a lower sale price lowers her commission, she is more concerned about advocating for her client.
