I have been working with Gerald Merriwether since 2012, and this was my fourth transaction with him. Every experience has been great, but this one truly reminded me why I continue to trust him with such important milestones. This transaction came with a lot more challenges than usual. We were concerned about the appraisal, especially since I was selling one of the highest-priced homes in the neighborhood, but Gerald handled everything with confidence, professionalism, and patience. Even under pressure, he never made the process feel stressful or overwhelming. He also went above and beyond with his staging business, working alongside his son, Jaquez Merriwether, and his business partner, Sal. The staging and presentation of the home were phenomenal and made such a huge difference. From listing, staging, marketing, negotiating, and staying on top of every detail, the work was excellent from top to bottom. I also had a great experience on the financing side working with James Gay, who did an amazing job as well. Everyone involved worked together seamlessly, and everything happened on schedule as planned, even when we expected possible delays or challenges. I truly cannot say enough good things about Gerald. He is professional, knowledgeable, dependable, and works extremely well under pressure. I never felt like I had to worry because he was always two steps ahead. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor who is experienced, trustworthy, and truly committed to getting the job done right.

Mr. Gerald Merriweather was great as an agent. Here are a few reasons why I would highly recommend him to someone that is in the market to sell a home. Our initial meeting was very informative, and he ensured he tailored the marketing strategy to meet our needs. Mr. Merriweather made a plan ensured that we understood and executed flawlessly. Communication was always open, honest and timely. The results are what was promised, and I can say I am pleased with the overall experience. Thank you Mr. Merriweather, job well done!!

In a one year Gerald has helped me to sell two homes and purchased my current home. Gerald went above and beyond to assist me during this time. It was never too early or too late to call Gerald and discuss the sell or purchase of my homes. Gerald is very knowledgeable of the market. My house was listed and had an offer within 48 hours. Gerald will assist in moving things or whatever his client may need to do to prepare the house to be placed on the market. I would recommend Gerald to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.
