Excellent experience

Tonda recently helped us with the sale of a lot. We do not live in the area and so we relied heavily on Tonda's expertise and advice. She was excellent. She communicated often and let us know what was happened. When we had multiple offers she helped us determine which was best. Along the way she went above and beyond helping us get to closing.

We found Ms. Theis when we contacted her about a property she had listed for sale. It turned out to be one of the best experiences we've ever had working and communicating with her was incredibly easy. Even though she was representing the sellers, she still looked out for us and made sure we were taken care of.
