Dian is a remarkable sales agent. When it came time to sale my home, I was unsure whether I should try and sale or wait. Dian did ALL the research for me and came back with actual numbers and a timeframe for the sale that was right on. She found buyers for my home within a week and we closed within a month. During these times one would think getting a home ready for sale, on the market, and closed within a month would be impossible, but Dian worked tirelessly to make sure the sale of my home was quick and as stress free for me as possible. That is saying a lot since I live out of state which put the bulk of the load of getting the house ready for sale on Dian's shoulders. I can not thank her enough for all her hard. She kept me informed through every step of selling my home and was able to answer all of the questions I had throughout the entire process.
