Dian is a remarkable sales agent. When it came time to sale my home, I was unsure whether I should try and sale or wait. Dian did ALL the research for me and came back with actual numbers and a timeframe for the sale that was right on. She found buyers for my home within a week and we closed within a month. During these times one would think getting a home ready for sale, on the market, and closed within a month would be impossible, but Dian worked tirelessly to make sure the sale of my home was quick and as stress free for me as possible. That is saying a lot since I live out of state which put the bulk of the load of getting the house ready for sale on Dian's shoulders. I can not thank her enough for all her hard. Lisa is the BEST! She takes care of all the hard work for you. She kept me informed through every step of selling my home and was able to answer all of the questions I had throughout the entire process.
