Adrian was a big help through the whole process. He must have showed us over 20 houses and not once did he seem bothered by it. He was really understanding and even eager to keep showing us houses until we felt we had found “the one”. Shawn and Sabrena (Shawn’s wife) were absolutely AWESOME to work with. Shawn undoubtedly had my best interests in mind through out this process. Example, the seller was wanting to share the cost of replacing the fireplace in the home I purchased ($3,900). Shawn, on my behalf as the buyer negotiated with the seller through this process and was able to get the fireplace replaced with no cost to me at all. Shawn’s experience with residential real estate, inspections, understanding of building code, fire hazards, plumbing, electrical, and the various different systems in a residential dwelling are pretty much second to none and will only benefit the buyer. I met Tammy back in 2018 when she helped us find out first amazing home. We had ran into some issues with the bank missing some details on our information and it caused delays and hurdles. Tammy helped us through literally every step. She always goes above and beyond and we really appreciate her knowledge and her genuine niceness. We needed Tammy again this year with the purchase of another home and she did extremely well as expected.
