Adrian was a big help through the whole process. He must have showed us over 20 houses and not once did he seem bothered by it. He was really understanding and even eager to keep showing us houses until we felt we had found “the one”. Example, the seller was wanting to share the cost of replacing the fireplace in the home I purchased ($3,900). Shawn, on my behalf as the buyer negotiated with the seller through this process and was able to get the fireplace replaced with no cost to me at all. Shawn’s experience with residential real estate, inspections, understanding of building code, fire hazards, plumbing, electrical, and the various different systems in a residential dwelling are pretty much second to none and will only benefit the buyer.
