Working with Jessica was nothing less than a wonderful experience! She was very responsive and if she did not know an answer to a question she made sure to get that answer as soon as possible. With the market being very competitive houses were flying off the market left and right but she was able to source a house before it hit the market so we were fortunate enough to not have to feel rushed or stressed about having to deal with other offers on the table. We hired Dylan to sell our house. One of parents was dying, and we needed to leave quickly. Dylan handled EVERYTHING. The estate sale. Cleaning out what was left over. Minor repairs. All in addition to the usual stuff. We decided on a price relative to another house in our neighborhood. Given the way the market is slowing down, it didn't sell quickly. We lowered the price once and received a good deal -- about $15k more than what other realtors had quoted us. I would definitely recommend Dylan as a realtor.
