The Shanee experience was awesome. She constantly fought us (the client) during the entire process. She walked with us the entire way. She responded to all of our questions. She always made us feel like we were her #1 client. Professional and extremely courteous

Stacy is absolutely amazing! Due to issues selling our house in another state, buying a new house in Georgia took us about 6 months. Stacy’s focus and drive to find the home of our dreams never slacked a bit in all that time. She was ALWAYS available to answer my calls and texts or look at houses. I actually had to ask her if she ever stops working. I felt like her only client. Stacy’s knowledge of the real estate market is second to none. I felt 1000% confident with her guidance through the process of buying a new-build home for the first time. She provided market insights and information that I had never considered, but were important in our house buying situation. She was our biggest advocate when it was time to make a deal on a house. If I even mentioned a problem, she was on it and had a solution immediately. Most importantly, I never felt pressured to buy more house than we wanted. Stacy was always focused on my entire family and what WE wanted (even our 6 year old). When my wife and I changed our minds 12 times, Stacy never showed frustration for even a second. As long as Stacy is a Realtor in this area, she will be my Realtor. I can’t thank her enough for helping my family find our home!

I cannot say enough about Christine Malmos. Not only is she a seasoned professional and exceptional communicator, she goes above and beyond the call of duty. Christine seamlessly negotiated the sale of our home during both the holiday season and Covid, which is no small feat. Additionally, she promptly addressed all our concerns, explained everything in lay-man’s terms and utilized high-end marketing techniques to quickly identify interested buyers and streamline our entire home sale process. If you want a top-notch realtor that listens to your concerns, demonstrates integrity and has a stellar record, look no further. Christine Malmos is second to none!
