Brad Echols is one of the finest realtors and I give him my highest recommendation. He helped me and my wife find a home in 21 days. He was highly professional, eminently knowledgeable, and obviously qualified. This was our first time purchasing a house and he was able to explain all the legalities in a way we could understand. He came prepared to each property with documentation about the house. He was able to look up median prices in the neighborhood and give us price estimates on repairs so we could be informed if a house was right for us. After 2 weeks, we were close to making a final decision on a house and we wanted to see just 4 more on our list. We were scheduled to meet with Brad that weekend and it snowed. We thought we would have to delay, but Brad said he would show us the houses anyway. We marched through snow to all 4 houses. That day, we ended up buying the house we now call home.
