Ms. Edwards is a very knowledgeable and experienced Real Estate Agent. Her negotiation skills and knowledge of the central Georgia real estate market were very helpful during this real estate transaction. Her communication skills and professionalism were also very valuable in the purchase of my property in Milledgeville, Georgia.

It was a pleasure working with Sudan Couch. She was professional and so in tuned to my needs when listing my home. I interviewed several agents, but went with her. Other agents wanted to list low for a quick sale. Susan compared similar homes and came to me with a much higher price. The house still went under contract in under 30 days! I would highly recommend Susan Couch!!

Scott is great to work with, very attentive and always answers your phone calls whenever you call! He is passionate, dedicated and very reliable. My wife and I would extremely refer him to you for your next cell or purchasing!

It was a great experience working with Susan. This is my third real estate transaction with Susan Farrow and every one of them have gone through with no issues. Susan not only helps you find a home, she helps you find a home that works for your family. If the home you are interested in isn't a good fit for your family - Susan will let you know and know why. She is a very grounded down to earth agent with nothing but your best interest in mind every step of the way. I cannot praise her skills enough! I will definitely use her again and refer her to any and everyone I know!

Mrs. Terri was great to work with. She had our backs on every step of the process and our best interest in the process. She always responded in a reasonable amount of time and went above and beyond to get a great price for our home. If we ever have to look into the housing market again we will be sure to use her.
