Brian was very instrumental in my husband & me finding our forever home. We lived in another state & Brian was referred by a good friend of mine. While there were several hiccups in getting the sale completed Viola persevered, doing everything in her power to get the sale closed. The response below on the sale price had to do with the appraisals not Viola.
