She did an amazing job at facilitating the sale of our old house, and the purchase of our new one. She explained the whole process to us and kept us informed at all times, and she also did everything in her power to make everything go smoothly and quickly. Several years ago I wanted to get an appraisal and property management person for our house in Covington Ga. Living out of state I found Mrs. Beal with a internet search . She gave me an appraisal with good comps and paper work in a timely manner . In short order she also found us a very good renter . Last month we decided to sell the house and again Mrs. Beal came through with flying colors as the selling agent . Paper work and closing was completed without a hitch .
