This is the best home purchase experience I have had thus far. I am so very thankful for Ms. Darby. Upon my request, she chimed in with her expertise in other ares of my home purchase, for which I needed some guidance. She displayed empathy where appropriate (with acknowledgement and condolences card), as the seller’s spouse passed mid-transaction. Closing day was also the buyer’s birthday, which Ms. Darby acknowledged appropriately as well. Ms. Darby was very personable. I actually saw Ms. Darby taking on responsibilities of the seller’s realtor, where the seller’s realtor was lagging. I would not hesitate to refer Ms. Darby to all my family and friends. Again, this experience far exceeded my expectations.

We recently hired Glenn Gruschow to help us sell my mom’s house after moving mom into assisted living. House was 40+ years old so plenty of things needed fixing, both large and small. Glenn started right away by helping us prioritize what needed fixing / replacing and what didn’t. He made some service company recommendations that really helped with that as well. During this entire process, and especially during due diligence, Glenn was excellent with communication and advice to help us navigate what can often be a very confusing process. In the end we closed the sale quickly for maximum profit and with minimal headaches, and we have Glenn Gruschow to thank for that.
