When I was looking for a place I provided a list of needs. He did very well at bringing options to the front to fit those needs. But in particular he suggested a different area I didn’t consider, and I ended up picking the area he suggested because I really liked it. He was very attentive throughout the entire process and stayed in contact with the sellers trying to work with them on my behalf when they became difficult. We had several challenges that we faced but he helped get it through. I’m happy to have worked with him and would use him again.

Tracey did a fantastic job with the sale of our house! We have used her in the past with both the selling and buying of houses. She is knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and very enthusiastic about the entire process. We highly recommend her!
