She is a natural client advocate and the type of person you want in your corner with all of the subtle unknowns of real estate transactions. Dori always responds promptly but usually, she is providing updates before questions can be posed. My family and I are grateful for Dori's attention and hard work throughout the duration of selling our home. I have NO doubt, it would have taken longer to sell our home without her. Bill has gone out of his way to make sure we understood all the details of selling. We work odd hours and he always showed up to meet us or speak with us no matter the hour or day(even on Sunday.) He was extremely knowledgeable of the market and was very patient with us, as we had many stipulations that he was very understanding of. He informed us at least twice a week on the market and the views the property was receiving. One call and we were able to hand all over to him with no worries. We sold for asking price and was only required to meet day of sell, he handled every aspect and it was fast and without any issues.
